Valerie-Bertinelli

Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 14th in 1970) is an American actor and writer. The twice Golden Globe Award winning star made a name for herself through her appearances in the CBS show One Day at a Time, as Barbara, and Hot in Cleveland where she portrayed Melanie Moretti. Her acting career began as an early teenager, and through the years, became an experienced character actor. As a small girl, the friendship she formed with the daughter of TV producer ignited a lifetime love of the industry. Bertinelli later decided to make acting profession. After studying in the Tami Lynn School of Artists Bertinelli was introduced to television when she was an adult. Her poised and confident acting abilities helped her quickly become an actor on television. Also known for her tumultuous personal life and struggles with alcoholism, she fought tirelessly to rebuild her life and be a winner. In the form of the publication of her New York Times best sellers that she made her struggle through difficult times known. Today, the multi-talented star is hosting the Kids Baking Championship. This slim teenager who has become a sexual symbol has also been associated with her Jenny Craig weight-loss program and is the spokesperson for the same.
