Aleesha could establish herself as the best female bodybuilder professional during the second part of the year. Aleesha was part of a large family that included athletes. Her siblings also played sports, such as hockey and ice skating. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer, and basketball before she started fitness at 15. Aleesha won her pro card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. But she first started in 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she remained her 9th place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally included that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed her most impressive WOS Rising-Phoenix performance as she was ranked fourth. The "World's strongest mom" has been taking a wellness break.
